You can transfer the license from one site to another, there's no problem there.

Sorry about the trouble you're having with the email delivery. With email delivery problems such as these, it's always in the configuration, either in the form settings, the host and their mail server, or the recipient's email client. One thing that works for most people is to use the WP Mail SMTP plugin, to use a 3rd party SMTP server. You can try that and see if it helps.

Hi

Gravity form Notifications do not arrive at the primary email address. The primary address is on a different server and domain from the gravity form.

Notifications do arrive at other email address on different accounts.

Email sent directly to the primary email address does arrive - including from accounts which share the same ip address as the form. Email sent directly from the form's domain's accounts arrive too.

I have whitelisted the form's sent from email address on the primary email address.

I've spent hours trying to work it.

I'm inclined to give up and use a simple php from of my own.

Is it possible to have the licence reassigned to another domain - I might try again in future with a more straightforward email set up?
