The quickest thing to try is usually to install an SMTP plugin. That will allow you to have the notification emails sent by another server, and not rely on the underlying mail transport agent where your website it hosted. We normally recommend one of these plugins.

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/configure-smtp/

Install and configure one of those, then test your form again. That normally takes care of most email notification delivery issues.

I am using gravity forms on several different sites hosted on several different providers (godaddy, blue host, media temple) I am having issues with notifications on all providers, it seems. The entries are in WordPress, so the form seems to be working fine. I always test the form as soon as I set it up and it works just fine for me. Then I release to the client and they have issues getting the notifications (and then I test it again and get the same results as they do). I called godaddy and they have told me that I need to be on a dedicated server if I don't want to wait for emails, as emails get caught up in traffic (however, I have been told by some clients that they flat out haven't gotten the notifications EVER). I haven't asked my other providers yet. Is this the solution? What about my other providers? Does anyone out there know or recommend a host that will send my notifications right away? Is this really a hosting issue or could it be something else???
