I see it's working now. The mail must be delayed.

Thanks for your help.

What email does the Gravity Forms notification come FROM? Can you change that? Or check your spam folder. Additionally, please post more details about where your email is hosted (by domain, or Google Apps, or other).

Gravity Forms hands off mail to the built in wp_mail() function, nothing more. If the mail is not arriving it's due to some sort of configuration, either with your email client, your host or your form.

Alright, I am one step further. The e-mails from WP Mail SMPT arrive when I send a test e-mail, but when I fill in the same e-mail address in the send to field in gravity forms, it doesn't arrive.

I don't understand why.

Do you mean the admin notifications should be sent to that email address but they never arrive?

Can you try another email address there?

If that domain is the same as that where the website is hosted, it's possible the server is trying to route the email locally rather than delivery it off the server. There have also been configuration issues with Exchange and Google Apps email addresses.

The first thing to try is a different email address with a different provider and see if the email notifications arrive.

Many people have had success installing the WP Mail SMTP plugin to deliver mail from their WordPress installation: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

You may have to contact your host to help you configure this.
