Please begin by installing an SMTP plugin to get more reliable email delivery from your server. Here are two commonly suggested ones.

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/configure-smtp/
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

Once you install and configure one of those plugins, please post back your experience. Gravity Forms hands the mail off to wp_mail() and is done with it at that point. wp_mail() sends mail based on the MTA configured for your host. These SMTP plugins allow you to hijack wp_mail() and use an external SMTP server, rather than the host's MTA. That usually results in more reliable email delivery. Please let us know how it goes after you've done that. Thank you.

I just checked my Gravity Form notifications on another completely different website and I have entries that were not sent to me email address!

So there is something wrong with the plugin, if the same issue has started happening across multiple websites. Last week I was getting entries through ok on my email address.

I have Gravity installed on a website: http://www.agepotential.com and the email notifications are not working on this site either. EMail notifications to the admin email address or to the person who filled in the form are not getting through

I have tested using several different email addresses, and the main admin email address is hosted on the same server as the website so that should rule out any SMTP issues.

This is the second website in a couple of days thta I have had this issue with, can you please look into it for me.

Thanks,
Merrin
