With them unchecked the notifications appear to be sent as the customer is transferred to PayPal for payment. However, in both cases, once a sussessful payment is made (using the PayPal sandbox) then user returns to the page and sees the form's order confirmation message, so to them at would appear that everything has worked as it should. IPN has to be configured for Gravity Forms to know the payment was received. If your transactions are showing "processing", no notifications will be sent.</p> <p>Can you let us know how your check boxes are configured, and if your transactions are showing complete, or processing. Gravity Form with PayPal standard payment configured using the add-on - all works fine in sandbox, but I get no notification, even though it is configured. I have a another standard contact form on the site using Gravity and that sends notifications fine. Any clues? </p>
