I am getting the notification of opt-in from aweber, but the notification of what was actually filled out on the form is no longer being received. I have checked spam, and not seeing it anywhere. Was working ok, just a few weeks ago. I noticed an update and did that, but still not seeing the notification. Do I need to rebuild the forms? </p>
