			<description>&#60;p&#62;Hi, I use gravity pdf extended form. I would like when a user submit a form, the certificate that is created has a particular ID number. (not visible at all but visible printable pdf).&#60;br /&#62;
How can I set a field for this?&#60;/p&#62;
