I can submit a form 30 times without any problems. Occasionally I enter something wrong, and the form catches it and points me to the error. When everything is entered correctly, I get the yellow confirmation and the entry is submitted correctly. So far so good. Some times I hit submit, and I get don't get a confirmation page (yellow square) or an error notification. The entry is not submitted so I'm lost on how to start trying to troubleshoot it. </p> <p>The form is connected to the user-registration addon.</p> <p>Has anyone seen this before? </p>
