Good to hear it worked! Sometimes it can repair the form meta, sometimes it can't. It just depends on what happened to the data. Glad it worked out for you.

That worked! Amazing. Thanks, Carl!

To the best of my knowledge, no forms or database have been exported or imported from this domain/WordPress installation; everything is where it originated.

This behavior occurs when the form meta associated with the form has been corrupted. The only thing I can suggest is download the Meta Recovery plugin from the Plugin Downloads page, install and activate that plugin then go to the Meta Recovery menu item it will add to the Forms navigation and select the forms you want to attempt to repair and see if it corrects it.

Have you ever migrated this site from one database to another or one host to another? If so, if you did so using a tool such as PHPMyAdmin that can cause your form meta data to get corrupt because some tools like PHPMyAdmin don't properly import and export data that is stored in a serialized format.

I've just found several (but not all) of my forms, some of them created a year or two ago, are blank. When I go to "Edit Forms", they are listed with their titles, views, entries, and conversion. But editing them produces a blank template, and embedding them in a WordPress post or page shows "Oops! We could not locate your form." Trying to access their entries produces this error ad nauseum:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/forms_model.php on line 2266

WordPress 3.2.1, Gravity Forms 1.6.1, PHP 5.3.5.

Any idea what happened to my data, and if it can be retrieved?
