You can map the fields from your form to the feed, as you already seen. Include all the required fields (email, address, etc). Then add your product. I used a product with radio buttons and the price associated with each option ($72, $10 and $6.) </p> <p>Then, when you configure the feed on the Authorize.net add-on settings page (this URL but for your site <a href="http://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_authorizenet" rel="nofollow">http://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_authorizenet</a> ) you need to use an "Authorize.net condition" (a checkbox near the bottom of the settings.) Check that, and then choose to send the form submission to authorize.net.
