Both were working for a long time. Suddenly one form stopped working, but the other continues to work just fine.</p> <p>The bad form displays the first page, but when you click to go to page 2 you get a blank page. The theme displays, but the page is white.</p> <p>I assume there is no plugin conflict because the second form works just fine.</p> <p>Any thoughts on what the problem might be? </p>
