It was working fine until the other day and now does not show on the page <a href="http://www.ultimatepaintball.com.au/packages/book-online/" rel="nofollow">http://www.ultimatepaintball.com.au/packages/book-online/</a> , even though the shortcode is on the page. The other 2 forms (enews sign up at the bottom and the form on the Contact Us page).</p> <p>Any help would be greatly appreciated! </p>
