			<description>&#60;p&#62;Yes, if you setup your form to do so.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;This can be accomplished by using a hidden field that you add to your form, and then edit the default value for the hidden field and set it to the HTTP Referrer URL field variable.  This will then automatically populate this hidden field with the referrer url that they came from.&#60;/p&#62;
