I have 3 sites on this one server and they all started to give the Oops! We could not locate your form. Haven't been able to solve yet and can't go back to older PHP 5.3.18 which worked...</p> <p>Anyhow.. tried all this... Turned off all plugins &amp; turned on Twenty Twelve then turned back on Gravity Forms and still got "Oops! We could not locate your form."
