Are you able to create new forms and embed them on this page?</p> <p>As @illinoisharley pointed out above if you migrated your site from one location to another the serialized data associated with some of your forms could have been compromised. This happens when tools such as PHPMyadmin do not handle serialized data properly. </p> <p>One thing you can try is our Meta Recovery Tool which is available on the Downloads page. Install and activate that plugin. It will add a Meta Recovery option to the Forms navigation. Use that tool to correct the meta for each of your forms.</p> <p>If you can create new forms fine and the above doesn't work then you may just need to create new forms. Deactivating or deleting the plugin alone will not delete the data. If that's not a problem, that will work fine. How did you migrate the data? Depending on how you migrated the data from one database to the other you could have corrupted the form meta. Can you edit and preview your forms from the Edit Forms area? </p>
