They would have YOURPREFIX_rg_tablename as the tablename structure (rg_ is the sub-prefix).</p> <p>If those don't exist that is the problem. Gravity Forms didn't create the tables on install either because something went wrong with the install or the database didn't create the tables.</p> <p>Try this...</p> <p>- Go to the Gravity Forms Settings page (Forms &gt; Settings)<br /> - Click the Uninstall button to completely uninstall Gravity Forms<br /> - Go to the Plugins page<br /> - Reactivate Gravity Forms</p> <p>This should then re-install the plugin and create the tables.
