It's safe to say it's coming soon. Also, Carl and Kevin have stated previously that the beta is stable and that they're mostly waiting for the team members to all get back into position, and the documentation and website to be complete before releasing 1.5.

Version 1.5 will include multi-page functionality and will be released within the next week or so. For now, you can download the 1.5 beta from the downloads page and try out the multi-page forms.

I just purchased the developer license today and was hoping multi-page forms was going to be a feature. I'm working on a site right now that needs that functionality. I'll have to figure out a way around it.

Gravity Forms v1.5 BETA does multi-page forms. It is a beta release available for download to existing customers.

The existing public release does not do multi-page forms. Gravity Forms v1.5 will be released as a public release once it undergoes additional beta testing.

You could iframe a multi-page form but you may run into issues with the forms being different heights. A single page form would be a set height. A multi-page form you would have to set the iframe to the height of the tallest form to avoid scrollbars appearing in the iframe.

Thanks - that helps a lot.

So, Gravity Forms does do multi-page forms? I just assumed earlier, but just looked on the features page and it's not mentioned as a feature.

Why would iframe-ing in a multi-page for be 'not ideal'??

No, forms on separate sites cannot write to a single shared datasource. They are WordPress plugins and are dependent upon WordPress managing the data interaction like all standard WordPress plugins and therefore only interact with the WordPress database for the site the plugin is installed on.

If you wanted to show the same form on multiple sites your only option would be to iframe in a form from Site 1 into Sites 2 and 3. This isn't ideal with a multi-page form.

Gravity Forms is a WordPress plugin, and unlike Wufoo and Formstack it is designed to be used on the site it is installed on. Wufoo and Formstack allow you to embed a form anywhere because that is the type of service they are, because they are a hosted service.

Hi, I have this scenario:

I need to build 3 related (but separate) WP sites (possibly running WPMU). These sites will all share a single MySQL db with different table prefixes.

each site needs a multi-page gravity form (same form on each site, only style differences).

Can all 3 forms write the submissions to a single shared data-source, or would there be someway merge the data from the 3 sites?

I realise we can use something like Wufoo to do this pretty easily, but would like to find a way to do it all within WP.

Thanks
