The form should be able to do everything you need. I don't see why not.

The Freshbooks add-on will not send the invoice. The add-ons will be getting more attention now that the 1.6 release is wrapped up. The APIs have changed a lot since these add-ons were created, and more functionality is now allowed.

The form should work fine. Integration with Freshbooks might not do everything you want at this time.

Thank you for responding quickly Chris,

The web design form would just need your average info such as first and last name, Billing address, etc. The price would be project based so I would have to use Freshbooks to create an invoice for each project. Is it possible to use Freshbooks to create and send an invoice which the client can then pay using paypal?

Thank you

Paypal integration is so people can pay you for things, simple things that do not require a cart. You can create a form with all sorts of products and options, have it totaled, then have that total sent to Paypal for payment after the form is submitted.

There was someone here who is using a Gravity Form for web design projects. If you can tell us what sort of things will be in your web design form, we can help determine if Gravity Forms is right for you. Do you have a form online currently, with the options you currently use in pricing?

I am very interested in purchasing a developers package of Gravity Forms but I have a couple questions. I noticed that Gravity Forms isn't a shopping cart but then what is the order form and Paypal integration feature? Can you utilize Gravity Forms to set pricing options/payments for example a web design project?

Thank you for the help!
