I have tested this in the form preview (works properly), and have also tested for a theme conflict by activating the Twenty-Ten theme per Gravity Forms's suggestion (also works properly). All signs point towards a theme conflict. Is this a known issue? Please let me know if there's a chance it can be resolved - I know Organic Themes advertises that they integrate with Gravity Forms, so I was hoping all of the features would work. Thank you! </p>
