Once e-mail is sent, it is pretty much up to the Internet and mail clients to handle it. We can't and don't include anything that would make Outlook upset. Gravity Forms uses WordPress' built-in wp-mail functions. Notifications for submission works with everyone EXCEPT those using Outlook. Tried it with multiple computers, on multiple ISPs with multiple servers handling email - nothing is the same except the fact they are using Outlook as the email client. Is not in junk or spam folder.</p> <p>Any ideas of why Outlook would "lose" these notifications. All other notifications work - just not with outlook. </p>
