I know the information can be sent via email, but does the output create some sort of database? Is it possible to see how the output or organization of the information collected looks?</p> <p>I am collecting volunteer information and need to know if it will collect it as individual "forms" and "fields" or if it becomes a database I can manage.</p> <p>Thanks! </p>
