David,

Thanks for your replying. I can completely see how moving elements from one page to the next on the back-end would be an issue if a multipage back-end for form sections was implemented.

Although easier said than done I'm sure, I would imagine adding a link or some sort of button/dropdown on each element or section that, if multiple pages exist, says something like "Move element to page..." would be the way to go. Once you move that element to the page you want, you could then rearrange it on that section of the form as you saw fit.

Aside for long, complex forms, being a pain to manage on a single page for me post-launch, it can also be frustrating for end users that I give access to manage their complex Gravity forms once I set them up. I just think its more intuitive for the back-end form page sections to reflect how they display, are organized and function on the corresponding front-end form. However I know everyone's mileage may vary on that though.

Regardless, Happy Holidays and thanks for a great product! :)

But then how would you move elements around from page one to page three once you've determined all of their settings? The UI issues with doing this are great. It is just easier to have one page to sort out everything with a single form. We are always experimenting though, and I'll let the team know someone was asking about this.

For multi-page/tabbed forms it would be really nice if each form section (created by the "Page Break" field) was on a separate sub-page on the back-end. This would really help when working with lengthy forms with multiple page sections. Having all the form elements and pages break sections for such a complex form all on one page in the form editor can create A TON of vertical scrolling and lead to "phantom eye bleeding" when trying to find and manage sections the form. Thanks
