You can add <strong>ajax=true</strong> to the existing shortcode, or embed the form using the toolbar again, and be sure the check the Enable AJAX checkbox this time. Then you can delete the existing shortcode which did not use AJAX. However, now I discoverd that when I press the "next" button to go to the next form page, my page will briefly go to the top of the webpage an then back to the form. Any idea how to make is so that just goes to the next form page without it showing the top of the web page? </p>
