Can you try exporting the form and importing it again, then testing with that form? Sometimes that's all it takes to see it working. If not, we can go from there. The conference has different categories of registrations and optional expenses. To do this I have a number of products that are conditionally included depending on the users selections in the form. E.g. if a user indicates that they are a student, then a student 'product' is included as a registration fee. Up until recently this has worked fine, with the total correctly calculated and stored in the database.</p> <p>Recently I added another set of conditionally included products to enable users that have indicated that they are authors to pay extra fees if necessary. If the user has indicated that they are an author then the total stored in the database is the value of the additional author's fees and other optional fees but not the registration fee itself. However, the total displayed in the form is the full total.</p> <p>I haven't been able to find anything in the forums or documentation that matches my problem - I've kept things simple and am only using single products with no option fields.
