Here's what I've done.</p> <p>Form One (redirects to form two)<br /> In the Pass Field Data Via Query String field;<br /> first={Recipients Name (First):62.3}&amp;last={Recipients Name (Last):62.6}</p> <p>Form Two<br /> In the Allow field to be populated dynamically field;<br /> Field Parameter Name<br /> First - first<br /> Last - last</p> <p>URL works;<br /> .../?first=Jason&amp;last=Koning</p> <p>However, when the notification email arrives the first &amp; last name are blank.<br /> This is what is in the notification;</p> <p>Log in &amp; view the credit card details for {Recipients Name (First):17.3} {Recipients Name (Last):17.6}'s Gift Voucher order;<br /> {entry_url}</p> <p>So it's either not accepting the fields, or it's not displaying them.<br /> Help.<br /> Please :) </p>
