Where does this email come from:

The user receives a welcome e-mail from me with a call to action.

That will help us determine where you need to build your URL with the query string.

To pre-populate multiple fields at once, you separate the parameters with an ampersand &, like this (using Mailchimp merge tags, if this link comes from your MC campaign):

http://example.com/form-two-page/?em=*|EMAIL|*&fname=*|FNAME|*&lname=*|LNAME|*

No matter where that URL comes from, you will need to set up form 2 to "Allow field to be populated dynamically" so that the field can be filled in by parameters sent in the query string.

Hello Fine People,

I am using Gravity Form "A" to feed into my mailchimp account. The user receives a welcome e-mail from me with a call to action. The call to action links to a another page that has Gravity Form "B". I would Gravity Form "B" to be pre-populated with the subscriber information from Mailchimp.

My thinking is that I need to use the query string to create a link in the mailchimp campaign using the MERGETAGS. However, I only know how to pre-populate ONE field at a time and not multiple fields. Is this possible with Gravity Forms? How can I accomplish this?

*side note* - I should have asked this question in pre-sales before I bought it!
