I think we can get away with two participants total. Redoing all the fields isn't too bad if it is just for that second person.

Thanks for your time. Time for me to dig in and finish it up.

How many participants will you allow at one time?

To register multiple people in one form with one payment, you will need to have all the fields in the form to start, and hide them with conditional logic (exactly what you were hoping to avoid). The form will not be submitted until the end. It will not be a "back to top" sort of function. Your form will be messy and all the fields for each additional participant will be present when you build the form. They will just be hidden until someone needs to add another person. I don't know of another way to do it an still collect one payment at the end.

By 'repeat' sections, do you mean that I can have them all go through the same fields? 'Back To Top' - so to speak. If that is the case, I'm not sure how the end result of the information would be grouped person-by-person.

I was trying to avoid copying all of the fields over and over with conditional logic. There is a lot of information that needs to be collected which is why an event registration plugin wouldn't work for me.

Thanks.

To enable one payment at the end, you will have to capture all the form information at one time.

To enable multiple people to register and be paid for at the same time (person B through ?) you can use conditional logic to repeat sections of the form and capture the unique information for the 2nd and subsequent visitor.

I'm not sure how many participants you want to register at one time. If it's not too many, you can use conditional logic to reveal another section where the next person can be added. Here is how conditional logic works: http://www.gravityforms.com/features/conditional-logic/

If you want to read about dynamic population, you can find the documentation here. However, it won't work well with your goal of one payment at the end.

I've read through multiple entry topics and need some clarification.
Form:
1. Person A goes through Form 1 and makes choices
2. At the end of Form 1, Person A is offered a chance to complete Form 1 for Person B OR check out through PayPal.
3. Step 2 would happen until Person A has registered all their people.
4. Final PayPal checkout would include the total of all entries

Clarification:
5. If Person A is filling out Form 1 for multiple people, they need to make a unique form for each subsequent person? Person B - Form 1.1, Person C - Form 1.2, etc.
6. Or... is there a way for Person A to finish the form and then start again at the beginning for subsequent people? If so, (see 7)...
7. For all of the forms filled out, their information needs to be 'passed to' a common form with PayPal checkout? If so, where can I read about passing form information?

Thank you for your help.
