Just to add, authorize.net only works with us accounts. So you would need to have a US based merchant account to use it.

Great, thank you for the super-quick response. Is there any advantage to using Authorize.net over Paypal? Are the fees cheaper? Myself and the client are UK based.

You need some kind of payment processor. Some banks have payment processing gateways that you can use, but you would have to program something to link Gravity Forms to that gateway for transactions to happen. If they aren't fans of Paypal, we also have an Authorize.net add-on for taking payments through that service.

Is it possible to use Gravity Forms for customers to pay directly into a bank account, rather than using something like Paypal? I assume not, due to the need for a payment processor, but I am just double-checking on behalf of a client. They want an order form on their website which accepts payments - they are asking for payments to be made into a particular bank account, rather than Paypal. Is this possible or should I tell them to go the Paypal route? Thanks.
