This is going to be a configuration issue.

Does your form use a Product Field? If you don't have a Product Field on your form and instead used Option Fields then it won't redirect to PayPal. It's not uncommon for users to use Option Fields and not have an actual Product Field which means there is no Product and therefore no redirection to PayPal. Options are Options, not Products and they need a Product to be options of.

Also if the total of the form is $0 it won't redirect to PayPal.

Check your form, make sure you are using Product Fields. If you still have issues, send us a WordPress admin login for this site via our Contact Us form and reference this forum post and we can take a look and see what is going on.

I purchased this plugin mainly for the PayPal add-on but I have the PayPal part configured and no matter what I do, it won't redirect to PayPal. It's like it's not evening taking the effort to do so, the form just kicks to my thank you text message. I have a conditional statement chosen but still no go. I've also noticed when I have PayPal activated with a conditional statement for a selected item, if the user chooses to not pay and just submit the form, it submits fine, but doesn't create a post and no admin notification is sent. But if I have PayPal turned off, everything works fine. Any ideas?
