I have a business account and was having the same problem (paypal was not giving the option to pay via credit card). This may be due to the type of PayPal account you have. Is it a Personal account or a Business account? The problem I seem to have is that my customers are sent to a page where they do not get the option to pay by credit card as a guest. The page they get only gives them the option to login to paypal or create a paypal account - although they can then add the credit card details. This is causing a problem as I have customer who do not want to create a paypal account as part of the credit card payment transaction.
