What you want to do is included in the PayPal Add-on. There is something called the PayPal condition, and the visitor will not be sent to PayPal unless this condition is true. The other thing is that the visitor will not be sent to PayPal if the total is zero. So, if you have your pricing set up so that their service is free, it will never be sent to PayPal.

Hello

I have a business license and contemplating to upgrade to the developer's license. My question is if I can apply the PAYPAL BASED on a conditional Logic in the form. For example, if they meet a certain criteria the PAYPal functionality appears, otherwise the service is free.

Thank you for your reply.
