The PayPal Add-On has hooks that fire when a payment is completed. You would have to use these hooks to execute your custom code. As I said in my post visitors who are not paypal members and chose to pay without registering a new paypal account will not automatically be returned to our website once they have paid - they will only have the option to EVEN IF AUTO REDIRECT IS ENABLED.</p> <p>This is written in Paypal's own documentation and explains why only some conversions are tracked. You need to enable this so that PayPal will auto return the user to your site.
