I have contacted our developers about this. Do you still have access to the old site? We have a built in form Export and Import system that could move your forms in a way our system would better manage. Have you experienced any other issues?

In adding the e-mail address, can you try running through our troubleshooting steps to see if there is some kind of theme or plugin conflict on the new host? http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

Are you running the latest WordPress and Gravity Forms versions?

Hi,

I just moved my site to a new host, copied the entire wp_content folder and exported/imported the MySql database. All went well. But now when I check my Paypal enabled forms, I get the 'oops we could not locate your form' message.

I did a bit of checking, and my non-Paypal forms are all fine. I tried using the meta recovery tool but this didn't work. And if I look in the wp_rg_form_meta table I can see entries and data for all of my forms.

When I went to Forms > Paypal, none of the Paypal-enabled forms had email addresses attached to them. So I tried to re-enter the Paypal email address and link to it to the forms, but I just got the 'please wait' spinning disc for minutes until I finally gave up.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Bruce.
