Turns out that ajax form submit was the culprit in our case. We can even live with the form still being submitted withot confirmation from paypal. We would need a warning to the admin email "PAYPAL VERIFICATION REQUIRED, THIS IS NOT PROOF OF PAYMENT"</p> <p>"Maybe we could build a link that people click on that opens a new window (not a modal window/pop-up).
