Hi,
So I've been taking another look at the form settings and see that I can set a "Confirmation" page. This is the Return URL that Paypal returns to!

YAY! seems to work just fine!

Now onto the next problem... ;)

Oh Wow, that confused me!

I have Gravity Forms installed and PayPal add on and I have IPN turned on in PayPal.com. I'm also using S2members to secure some content.

What I'd like to do is to specify a URL (not the form page) for users to return to AFTER they pay.

My process is:
User gives name and email on Gravity Form sales page
Transfer to Paypal for payment
User pays
Redirect user to Login Page on my site
User logs in to get paid content.

Problem is:
Paypal IPN is set to return to the Gravity Forms Sales Page.

It's probably something simple but I'm a beginner at this so I'm missing something. Any help appreciated.

The site is in dev at the mo' so my form is at:
http://77.92.89.1/~localsea/

Thanks in advance
Steve

Gravity Forms does specify the returl_url in the form data. You don't have to enter it on the IPN page of PayPal. It is only necessary to enter it on the IPN page of PayPal if you don't currently have one specified. If you don't have PayPal turned on and an IPN URL specified in PayPal... your IPN won't work. So it's primarily for people that aren't already using IPN. If you already have an existing IPN address in place, there is no need to change it. Gravity Forms passes the IPN address to PayPal with each request.

I have a few plugins that rely on PayPal to function; and of course I'm limited to only one IPN specified on PayPal's site.

So, curious if there's any way to have gravity forms specify the return_url in the form data instead of requiring the IPN field on the paypal site to be filled in? That way, there's way more flexibility to how I setup my PayPal account..

Is this possible to implement? How?

David
