Gravity Forms doesn't send the IPN, PayPal does. So if the IPN history is empty... then either you didn't properly setup IPN in your PayPal account or your PayPal account simply isn't sending the IPN requests.</p> <p>You need to make sure you have populate the IPN url in your PayPal account settings. The IPN history should never be empty if PayPal is sending the IPN requests.
