This issue was resolved via Priority Support. Here was the resolution:

You had two issues going on.

First you had enabled the PayPal Condition but didn't have any fields on your form to configure to use the PayPal Condition. The PayPal Condition is like Conditional Logic. It only works with a drop down, radio button or checkbox field so you can say "If this field value = X then send to PayPal". You had this checked, but not configured because you had no fields that work with it. See this screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/6GUEU.png

The next issue you had is you didn't select which field should be used for the Recurring Amount. You left it unselected so there was no recurring amount being set. See this screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/yl1PY.png

I corrected both these issues and your form is now working.

Hi
I am testing my paypal plugin on the preview setting of the page concerned and it is not working. I have a product box in there and have it set to take a subscription. It is simply allowing me to fill in the initial information and then giving me the "thank you" message once the form is submitted. NO hint of Paypal anywhere.
Is this because the page is not live?
Thanks
Ian
