By default, the only information sent to PayPal, and the information which will be in the PaPal notification is the product purchase and total.

Your best bet is to configure the Gravity Forms user notification to include all the information you want sent to your customer.

What do you mean about restyling it? You have complete control over the notification format. The notification supports HTML so you can style it however you like, and insert merge tags to show the submitted data.

Good afternoon,

I am having a few issues with the settings in gravity forms Paypal options. Normally when you make a payment and fill in the form the site owner will receive a Paypal notification with all the fields that the customer has filled in as well as what form has been filled in. However when I am testing the forms the only returned email from Paypal i receive is the last input field with the product information and none of the customers details showing?

I know you can set it up to forward an email from gravity forms to your email to receive all the details, however the client wishes to have the Paypal email they receive filled in with the form details. Are there some settings that need to be changed?

Also is there any way to restyle the email confirmation from Gravity forms as a fall back?

Thank you
