If it was not, that visitor did not complete the checkout process and has not paid. You will need to contact them.</p> <p>If payment was received at PayPal, but your status still shows processing, that is because the PayPal IPN did not arrive at your site. And if I export the forms records to .csv, I can see that no payment is listed for those 4 donations, and state 'processing'.</p> <p>Has this happened before?
