I do know from my experience with sandbox testing it does not - it only cared about the actual Credit Card information.</p> <p>In terms of express checkout - we are working to build that functionality in, however a short term fix would be to activate PayPal Standard alongside and then add a radio field on your form that asks how they would like to pay: (PayPal or CC). If they choose PayPal - you can enable a condition in the PayPal standard feed that causes it to kick in.
