We are currently working on migrating the code to our new Add-on framework, and sometime shortly after the next Gravity Forms release, we will be testing it internally to make sure we release a quality product like you are all used to, and then a beta should come out for the new Paypal Payments Pro add-on shortly thereafter. It is still likely weeks to months away, but no longer should it be 3+ months at this point.
