The problem is related to how you have the form configured along with how you have the PayPal Feeds configured. You have multiple PayPal Feeds configured per form but you aren't using the PayPal Condition.

The PayPal Condition is what determines which feed is executed. You HAVE to use the PayPal Condition when configuring multiple PayPal Feeds per form. Otherwise it doesn't know which one should be executed.

I am closing this forum thread because a Priority Support request was opened up for this issue and it is a site and form specific issue. It will be handled via the priority support request.

In addition to the form, we would need to see how your PayPal feed is configured (are you using any PayPal conditions?) Because you are a developer license holder, you can submit a priority support request. Please reference this topic when you do.

I've created a few forms on this page http://maximusmartialarts.com/register/

On the beginner tab, I have three subscription fields at the bottom all the same price of $99. the difference between each one is the length of subscription (3, 6, or 12 months) When I select an option, It simply goes to the confirmation, but doesn't send the visitor to paypal.

If the amounts are different, then it seems to work.

You can download a copy of the form here...
