A lot of email marketing services have analytics of some sort. I would suggest looking at MailChimp. http://www.mailchimp.com

Gravity Forms doesn't have Faxing capabilities. Faxing require hardware resources or integration with a 3rd party service. It isn't something it does out of the box, although you could integrate with a 3rd party service that does email to fax.

You could definitely do email to state representatives, however if you need to do it based on the users zip code you would have to write custom code to handle this part. There is no zip code routing in Gravity Forms. You would need to write some custom code to set the Send To address using PHP based on the zip code that is entered. Gravity Forms is very customizable and has a lot of hooks/filters to do things like this.

You can display the number of form entries for a given form using a function call and some PHP to output the number of entries for that form. There are examples in the support forums.

I have some pre-sales questions (thus I can not read the similar threads on this topic). Can GF be used for a petition? If so, can it produce fax messages each time the petition is filled out? If so, can options be set, such as giving the person who fills out the form a choice of sending a fax, or not? Would it be possible, for example, to fill out a petition and select to send it to your state representatives based on your zip code? If a fax is not possible, would an email to your representatives be possible? Finally, is there a way to publicly display the number of times the petition has been filled out? Thanks in advance.
