You can accept the form submission. Once the form is submitted, you could run some code to pull out a list of all the people who have previously signed. I can help you with getting the entries out, in a list, but I'm not sure how to hook it so that it updates automatically after the form is submitted. I'd have to think about that one. </p> <p>It can be done, but it will require some customization. It's not built in functionality. There are no shortcodes currently to pull out entries like that (although I have written a couple.)
