Thanks heaps, Chris! That solved the problem.

Just to test it, I loaded a Headway block (which I knew required jQuery) above the 'Custom Code' block with the Gravity Form, and then the Picatcha loaded perfectly!

So I'll just make sure I'm either manually loading jQuery in the header or at least using a block that will load jQuery above the block containing a Gravity Form with Picatcha. I think the majority of the time, that will be the case - so should be no problem at all.

Thanks again!

The picatcha add-on is not working because there is a JavaScript error on that page:

Timestamp: 1/6/2013 1:06:07 AM
Error: ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
Source File: http://www.mikeeastburn.com.au/temporary-email-signup-page/
Line: 51

I do see a reference to jQuery in the source of the page, however it's loaded at the bottom of the page, which is after it's required. Please be sure that jQuery is loaded in the head of the page and I think you will find Picatcha works (so long as there are no other JavaScript errors.)

I also see W3 Total Cache in use. That can create problems as well.

Please follow our troubleshooting steps here http://rkt.gs/testing

I think I'm about ready to give up on the Picatcha Add-on.

I've been trying in vain for too many hours trying to get it up and running (I can get it to display in the form, and it also displays [above the heading... wierd] in the Headway Themes Visual Editor).

I just don't understand why it wouldn't be displaying. Am guessing it's an issue with the Picatcha plugin as opposed to anything Gravity Forms is doing. I really wanted to get it up and running.

I'm trying my best to not be disappointed with the Gravity Forms purchase based on this plugin not working- shame my first form had to have such a costly time-killing problem- has soured my opinion for sure. Apart from this, I'm loving the Gravity Forms Plugin. Aargh!

Hi all,

I checked for posts with a similar problem, but couldn't find a solution.

I've uploaded an example of my problem here:
http://www.mikeeastburn.com.au/temporary-email-signup-page/

I'm using the latest Gravity Forms [version 1.6.11] with the picatcha add-on [version 1.1] (it should be displaying below the 'So I know you're human' part is).

The picatcha images do display correctly in the form editor.

I'm using Wordpress 3.5 with Headway 3.4.3 (I'm putting the shortcode in a 'custom code' block, for anyone familiar with Headway). The shortcode I'm using to embed the form is:
[gravityform id=2 title=true description=false].

This is my first form using Gravity Forms, so any help would be much appreciated!
