I have a Wordpress site at http://www.columbiaframeshop.com/ and want to use a contact form on each post, but not on posts that are on the home page, as that would create multiple contact forms and would be redunant. I'm currently limiting my home page to 10 posts.

The reason I want to do this is so the customer will no which post URLs generated form submissions. What's the best way to do this?
