Do as @illinoisharley suggested above and try activating the default Twenty Ten theme to rule out a theme conflict. It does sound like a Javascript conflict of some sort. Try activating the Twenty Ten theme and then deactivating ALL other plugins and then see if it works.

Another possibility is it could be a PHP Memory issue, you may be running out of available PHP Memory. When you run out of PHP Memory, WordPress can do all sorts of strange things... AJAX will throw errors, sometime you will get blank screens (the white screen of death), etc.

Check for theme/plugin conflicts and then check with your web host on how to increase your available PHP memory if you rule out a conflict. If that doesn't resolve it, contact us via our Contact Us form and provide us with a WordPress admin login for the site and we can take a look at it firsthand.

If you've already tried deactivating plugins, the next thing to try is changing to the default twenty ten theme. If Gravity Forms works at that point, then it's a theme conflict. Sounds like a JavaScript conflict in your admin pages. You can also try clearing your browser cache as well, to be sure there is no cached JavaScript there to cause conflicts.

Hi

I have activated the plugin, it shows as activated and the forms menu is added to the WP navigation on left hand side. Buut when I click on any of these links such as Create a form...the page will not load.

The first time I installed this plugin I could access the create form page BUT the javascript appeared to have crashed / broken and none of the images were present on the screen nor did any of the links to "build " a form work.

I have tried unisttalling the plugin and reinstalling. i have tried deactivating all other plugins and still have the same situation.

I have checked the cmod settings and have set the as 777 and it makes no difference.

Pleasse please can someone give me some assistance.

Reagrds
