It sounds like Magic Members is overriding the wp_mail settings using filters and permanently changing how wp_mail works. There isn't anything we can do on our end to correct this. We simply call the wp_mail, a built in WordPress function, and pass the necessary information to it.

It sounds like Magic Members is using a wp_mail filter to change this information. They would need to change how they use the wp_mail function call and not apply a filter that globally changes how wp_mail works.

Good Day to GravityForms.com and MagicMembers.com

Firstly I would like to thank you for the GREAT plugins and support you guys have. With the 2 plugins one can create a great wordpress site.

Just a problem I came across.

When setting a GF Form Notification E-mail I have the option to select the From E-mail and Name options. In my case I selected the “Name” and “E-mail” fields in my form as the From detail on my administrator notification e-mail from GF

Now when I have both GF and MM plugins activated the notification e-mail does NOT use the clients Name and E-mail address but instead the system e-mail detail. In this case my site name and e-mail address

When I de-activate MM then the notification works 100%

The problem is that I use Aweber E-mail Parser and need to forward the correct Name and E-mail to Aweber to enable them to place the detail on my Aweber list

Maybe you can talk to each other and see if we can get a solution to this problem

You are welcome to login to the site admin and see the settings

E-mail me for UN and PW
