Check those values to be sure they match what you are seeing in the admin.</p> <p>This can become out of sync when you are using a caching plugin on your site. Does this mean that there is a form entry floating out there?</p> <p>With my very limited knowledge I matched up the User IP from my form entries to the ip in the wp_rg_lead table and the entry in question does not show up anywhere in my form entries on WordPress.
