Hey all - I just wanted to chime in here because CGrainger's comment doesn't reflect what I'm sure are the experiences of most people here.

I've asked many questions of the GF crew since purchasing a developer's licence shortly after Gravity Forms was released and have found the support to be, quite simply, fantastic. Not only does the plugin transform WordPress into a form-making machine (which enables you to create various types of apps) but the support has always been outstanding. Alex, Kevin, David and Carl have provided mountains of support to users, from telling them how things work when those users haven't read the documentation properly, to providing CSS tweaks for them, to providing tutorials on the likes of modal forms, to providing all manner of code snippets to further extend the power of Gravity Forms.

Sorry for the rant, but the original comment in this thread got on my wick. The GF support is superb. And no, I'm not getting paid or any other benefit to say this. It's simply credit where credit is due.

From Kevin Flahaut:

Carl,

I just emailed you with some information. I was able to login with your account and access all of the forum content, documentation and priority support request form.

I did see that you have two accounts on the forum - only one is tied to the email address you used to purchase the plugin. That's the one you need to login with so you have the proper permissions to view all of the content.

You're most likely logging in with the wrong account which doesn't have permission to view all of the content.

I purchased a license for Gravity Forms because I needed to get a particular project done very quickly. However I have been unable to access the documentation or support forums. The response to my request for help was disappointing - the first request did not really address the problem let alone solve it. Although I have paid for a developer license I can't access the priority support and posting in the pre-sales forum, the only one open to me, has not generated the urgent response I need.
Please will you arrange for the support facilities to be attached to my account immediately.
